ERTH 101 - Dynamic Earth Credits: 3
ERTH 103 - Geology of the Hawaiian Islands Credits: 3
ERTH 104 - Volcanoes in the Sea Credits: 3
ERTH 106 - Humans and the Environment Credits: 3
OR
ERTH 130 - Geological Hazards Credits: 3
ERTH 101L - Dynamic Earth Laboratory Credits: 1
ERTH 200 - Geological Inquiry Credits: 4
and 11 credits of ERTH courses at the 300 level or higher.

Notes:

A 2.0 GPA is required in all of these courses. The minor is flexible and can provide either an introductory survey of earth sciences or emphasize areas of particular interest to the student. A student interested in a minor in earth sciences should consult with an advisor from the department to tailor a plan best suited to the student’s interest.
